Chad Wood, MD
Family Medicine
Dr. Wood joined Exodus in April of 2023. He received his medical degree from the University of Utah in 2003 and completed his family medicine training at the University of Oklahoma in 2006. Dr. Wood has spent time caring for people on the Navajo Indian Reservation.
Dr. Wood has a full house with being married and 5 kids along with a cat, dog, fish and turtles at home. He worked in a bicycle shop growing up and still enjoys biking and working on bikes. He loves the great out doors, especially hiking, camping and fishing.
He believes in providing patient-centered care for the entire family and enjoys caring for a diverse population. Dr. Wood is fluent in Bulgarian.
