Carol is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner, completing her degree in 2006 from the University of Southern Indiana. Professionally she has a special interest in diabetes and is a Certified Diabetes Educator. She enjoys working with all ages in family practice medicine. Personally she likes to spend time with her husband, son and daughter-in-law whenever possible. She likes to travel, river run, go backpacking, and diving when possible.

Cathy joined the organization in 1997. She completed her training for the Masters of Science in Nursing at Westminster College in 1997. Professionally, Cathy enjoys well-woman care and preventive medicine. She loves to adopt shelter pets and is active in environmental issues to make this world a better place for all living beings. Cathy also likes to travel, garden, and play in the outdoors. She loves and is committed to the community of Magna.
Juanita G. Allen is a board certified family nurse practitioner receiving her undergraduate, graduate and doctoral degrees from the University of Utah. Juanita was part of the first cohort of nurse practitioners to receive her doctorate of nursing degree from the University of Utah. Juanita has three children, who live in Houston, Vernal and Salt Lake and one sweet granddaughter, Elliana Mae. She loves to garden and walk with her two dogs, Allie and Aspen. Her passion is to care for and educate children and their parents of all ages.
Mary Dodge is a Family Nurse Practitioner who graduated from Ohio State University. She has a special interest in women’s health and diabetes, and also serves as the Quality Improvement Coordinator for the Exodus Healthcare Network. In her free time, Mary enjoys playing acoustic guitar, hiking, camping and playing with her Chihuahua, Sadie.
