Sara Hake-Brooks received her doctorate in nursing from Case Western Reserve University in 2003 and joined Exodus in 2007. As a certified nurse-midwife, Sara performs obstetric and gynecologic care of women, including prenatal and postpartum care, annual exams, birth control, and other women's health issues. Sara and her husband have two daughters, and she loves to travel and spend time in the mountains.
